1. Why Should I use Lunatots Cloth Diaper?
Modern cloth diapers (CD) is an alternative that is easy, safe and practical to the modern parents with young children. It is also safe for our environment as disposable diapers took hundreds of years to decomposes. Using cloth diaper is proven to minimize the occurrence of diaper rashes.
2. How much is the cost?

3. Is there any warranty for Lunatots cloth diaper?
Lunatots guarantee all diapers we sell against material or workmanship defects for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Our warranties covers:
-snaps
-hook & loop closures (velcro)
-elastics
-workmanship
The warranty is applicable to the original purchaser of the products only. Kindly provide a legitimate receipt upon claiming your warranty. NO EXCEPTIONS. (If you received the diapers as a gift, please contact the gift-giver for proof of purchase information.)
To Claim your warranty, if you bought your Lunatots Diapers from any of Lunatots Retail Outlets (Cheras, Amcorp Mall, Putrajaya, Giant Kota Damansara, Giant Bkt Tinggi Klang, Pulau Pinang), product must be sent to Lunatots HQ or your nearest Lunatots Retail Outlet at your own expenses. We will evaluate and examine the product based on your claims. Once verified, we may replace your diaper or provide you with a simple solutions to resolve your issue. On some cases your diaper will be taken back to HQ for testing and further verification. Warranty claim process may take up to FOUR WEEKS. We will contact you once it is done.
If you bought your Lunatots Diapers from our resellers or any other retail store other then Lunatots Retail Outlets, product must be sent to the original seller at your own expenses. Kindly provide a legitimate receipt upon claiming your warranty. NO EXCEPTIONS. (If you received the diapers as a gift, please contact the gift-giver for proof of purchase information.)
Our warranty will not cover:
-leaking
-staining
-repelling
-diaper odor
-fading
-any damage caused by improper handlings
-any normal wear and tear.
You are solely responsible for understanding how to care for the items you purchase.
Kindly note that our warranty is void when:
-The washing instructions have not been followed.
-The diaper has been altered.
-Any of the following has been used in conjunction with the use/care of the product:
-A detergent containing additives (enzymes, brighteners, whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils) or natural soap
-Fabric softeners
-Boiling water
-Diaper rash cream (If you really need to use any rash cream, consider using our diaper liner)
4. I would like to claim for product warranty for Lunatots Diaper but I didn’t get any receipt from Lunatots reseller. Can I still proceed to claim for warranty?
Based on our company policy, you are not eligible for a warranty claim without a legitimate receipt. Kindly insist for a receipt each time you buy something.
