Shipping
Currently we are using two courier services for shipment purpose:
SkyNet Worldwide (for West Malaysia)
Pos Laju Courier Service (for East Malaysia)
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of RM10.00 throughout West Malaysia and RM20.00 for East Malaysia.
Shipping Day
Shipping will be done on every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
Our cut-off time is 12.00pm.
For Interbank Transfer, we will ship the order only after we receive the payment in our Maybank account.
Payment proof (M2U slip/credit card payment slip) must be sent by email to payment@lunatots.com for verification purpose.
Shipping Duration
For shipping in West Malaysia (Peninsular) usually will take 1 day for town area and 2-3 days for rural area.
For shipping in East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) usually will take 3-5 days based on the shipping area.
We currently deliver to Malaysia, Singapore & Brunei. However, we can consider other locations based on per-request-basis.
Returns and Exchange
Product exchange only applicable for Baby Wearing, Nursing Wear and Nursing Bra ONLY.
If for any reasons you are not happy with your purchase, we will assist you with a prompt exchange.
You can do so within 14 days from the date of receipt subject and contact us either by email or telephone. The following guidelines apply:
Returns cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise.
Items to be returned / sent back with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition.
Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges.
Return Items should be sent to us at Customer's own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for a return / exchange.
Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post.
Warranty Claim
All Lunatots Diapers have six (6) months warranty against manufacturing defects on:Broken Snap Button
Loose or Snapped Elastic Band
Our warranty does not cover any leaking, diaper odor or any normal wear and tear. Unless it is caused by manufacturing or component defects.
Kindly note that our warranty is void when:The washing instructions have not been followed.
The diaper has been altered.
Any of the following has been used in conjunction with the use/care of the product:
A detergent containing additives (enzymes, brighteners, whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils) or natural soap
Fabric softeners
Boiling water
Diaper rash cream (If you really need to use any rash cream, consider using our diaper liner)
Kindly provide your invoice to proceed for a warranty claim.
We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for a warranty claim.
